Did water get in their eyes? Other than that they should dry out and be OK.

If they got wet, since the limbs are sort of hollow couldn't they fill up with water? They would have to be in water for a few minuets for that to happen I guess. I hope they're okay.

How many dolls? Which ones? Can someone help you clean them up? I am so sorry.

The head is the only thing you need to worry about, water DOES NOT hurt the rest of the doll.
If there is possibly soap in the eyes, rinse them with cold clean water. Then blowdry the eyes with your blow dryer set to medium or cool to dry the water out of the eyes so it doesn't rust. Wring out the body and then set the dolls upright so the rest of the water drains from the inside of the head and body.
I've dumped a whole can of soda in the doll's face on accident and it was okay because I rinsed it clean and then dried it quickly. Liquids are only a problem if you don't treat it promptly.

Wow! That sounds horrible!! I hope your dolls will be ok!! Did any water get into their eyes? If so they will need to go to the AGDH (American Girl Doll Hospital) for two weeks if any of them need it. Which dolls were they?

You might want to remove the heads and put the bodies through a rinse cycle of the washing machine, on gentle. The spin cycle will help get the water out, and then you can dry them standing on their necks, to drain. Check the photos in my "Restoration" album.
Best wishes.

He broke them? As in, tore out the limbs and/or heads? In the bathtub? I'm really sorry . Wasn't it you who posted that your friends AG stuff was all stolen? That's so terrible! I'm really sorry, and I would suggest following the other board members' advice. Good luck!
